In the ever-evolving technical industry, there is a growing need for more young people equipped with the skills to thrive and contribute to business operations.
This full learning pathway will equip you with all the skills you need for a career leveraging SAP software across one of three pathways. You’ll complete more advanced SAP-specific skills through a programme comprising 250hours of learning.
The SAP Educate to Employ programme also comes with Umuzi’s holistic learner support to ensure you have everything you need to succeed!
Our syllabus has been tailored to equip you with all the skills required for the SAP Specialisation right from the outset.
The Educate to Employ programme guides learners through multiple career pathways, helping you build in-demand skills in HR, technology, finance, and customer support. Along the way, you’ll progress through two key milestones: Milestone 1, submit your application and skills test, and Milestone 2, your certification assessments at the end of Learning Block 3. These milestones mark your growth and readiness for the next stage of your career journey.
The course is fully remote but will include opportunities for in-person engagement with SAP and Umuzi at various points in the learning journey.
There will be frequent online webinars that will be compulsory to attend, with the majority of work happening asynchronously to suit your schedule.

Ideal candidates are between the ages of 18 and 34, looking to launch their careers in tech within the SAP ecosystem, specifically in Human Capital Management, SAP Developer Associate, or SAP Support Generalist pathways.
SAP software is widely used in most large companies worldwide. To ensure anyone working with the software or on the processes has the necessary skills and knowledge to understand and use it to its full potential, a learner must pass their accredited exam to be certified as competent. These certificates are recognised globally by all companies within the SAP ecosystem and by those using SAP software. The Educate to Employ programme prepares learners to pass these exams, and upon passing, each learner will achieve this recognised SAP Accreditation as well as all the micro-credential certificates covered in the programme.
We want to make sure everyone has a chance to succeed, even if the SAP programme isn't a perfect fit. Luckily, plenty of other fantastic programs and pathways are available with our Coursera offerings.
